What User likes about Eskarra:
it just looks, but not being deceived. we had one of the best seafood in baskenland, if not throughout Europe here. the easiest but amazing preparation of “Langostinos”, skalopps and crabs...but the most delicious was the “Ijada” thunfish flank in butter grilled, heavenly to perfection....what a tasty bite. also the service is welcoming and drinks (txakoli and estrella from the hahn) are a perfect game.
