I bought a water for $2.83 with tax. I went to the bathroom and the man behind the counter told my friend that I hadn’t paid for my drink. So she paid for it. When I found out, I went back in and made him issue me a refund. He didn’t have pennies so he only refunded me $2.75. Bob stop trying to cheat and lie to customers just to feed your pathetic life. Everyday I come in super busy and no food. 6:20 every morning Just one same girl working. Says she’s just waiting on someone to show up. Across the street too busy
As one of the Wonders of Springfield, I cannot rate the Kum and Go across from another Kum and Go anything less than five stars.
Staff has always been friendly. Good donut selection. But the filters on the pumps need to be changed. It takes forever to pump a tank of gas.
Pumps on one side we're not working. Parking lot is not easy to get in and out of.
All the staff at this location are very friendly. Keelie in the kitchen makes the most awesome pizza.
