My favorite ramen place in Metro Manila is Ramen Nagi because, in my opinion, it's the closest alternative to Ichiran from Japan. But Ippudo is a CLOSE SECOND. I like how the broth has just the right amount of saltiness and fatty pork taste. It isn't too rich, and the ambiance of the resto in Ayala the 30th looks very fancy and cozy!
