When it comes to ice cream, Baskin Robbins is my favourite. I've never been disappointed at BR. This little outlet is on the ground floor near Spencer's in the Pacific mall. Although all of their flavours are great but do try a scoop of banana caramel with hot butterscotch topping, so good it is, it will blow your taste senses away. View all feedback.
