We had organised a birthday party at Icy N Spicy, Ghaziabad. Restaurant is easily accessible but does not have a ramp or lift for people with a problem taking stairs. Ambiance is aquatic themed, novel but quality of props are low. The biggest challenge is lack of space inside the restaurant. Washroom is clean and well maintained. Visited on 14 feb with family first time basis feedback of customers stating that restaurant is good but it was nightmare as The staff is not able to serve customers properly no seats seats were available for customers service was totally poor, glass for water was dirty.
