G&g Time - GIARRE

Went to G G Time bar for an aperitivo and rinforzato large snack. We had 2 aperol spritzes and the were expecting a small plate of meats and cheeses or something like that. However, the food just kept coming. First dry snacks like chips and peanuts. Then olives and hot pastries like mini pizzas and mini rice balls. We thought that was it, but then a huge plate of salame and cheeses. This could have easily been our dinner for two. Total was 14 Euros. Incredible.

I had the pleasure to try the several excellent sweets and cakes home-made in this “bar-pasticceria”. A true heaven! Seems that his place is visited by the locals, and we know it the Sicilians they live for eating, so do not hesitate, come and ear! Luca and his will warmly welcome you with a top italian coffee)

We went back to G&G Time again this year and the afternoon aperitivo was still excellent and GRANDE! We ordered two Aperol Spritz again and the waiter brought out plate after plate of snacks including meats like mortadella and salami, and an assortment of chips and nuts and Tavola Calda (mini hot pizzas and ham and cheese pockets). This is the best aperitivo in the area. The waiter was excellent and spoke great English. The owner was very kind as well. Simply excellent!
