"Not everyone understands what this is about. The food steals various star restaurants on the wall, but the ambience is only unhindered and cozy and warm-hearted. The fun to eat here is more than the question whether the Oberkellner wears white gloves or not. The Juniper is not a great hotel. You can only eat very well without wearing a tuxedo."
