Customer service was 4/5, everyone was kind. Reason for the review is their pinto beans, one of my favorite sides but at this location the past few months beans have been watery and have not tasted right. I have been to another location since and the pinto beans else where taste fine. Love my chicken tacos like usual. read more.

What User doesn't like about Rubio's Coastal Grill:
3rd time in 3 months getting delivery directly from here and can safely say portions are down by 66% for burritos and your delivery order will always be missing at least 2-3 side items toys paid for. I know costs are going up for everything, but now it seems we pay more for 66% less. No thanks, we'll go across the street to taco bell. EDIT: Wound up ordering from taco bell as well. The while family had the same problem with portion size and were atypically hungry after our order.
