First and foremost the operations were a mess. The only waiter jumped in and out to the kitchen, to prepare the food, and this drove a lot of waiting. We had one course and spent 1,5 hrs here 25 minutes just to place our order. We exchanged a few helpless smiles with other guests, who seemed to face the same problem.
