Applebee's in Gillette is the best! They have NEVER failed us in regards to the food OR the service! The food is always great and we've never had a server we didn't like. They are always personable and friendly. Our most recent server, Cassie, was wonderful! They need to keep her, she is a gem!! Food is great but its seems everytime i come here its like a ice box.. My hands get so cold its alost hurts to eat.. look around and just about everyone is wearing a jacket or sweater.. window i sat by seal is letting cold air in from outside... ask to turn up heat and get denied. View all feedback.
