Pho Thanh An - Gilroy

The food was pretty good. ordered rice with meat and fried shrimps. Server fell half of it and immediately went to cook more (I think). It came 5ish minutes later hot, so I hope he actually boiled new, not only they drop to the stove again.

Good food and fast service. They use to have different size scales, but now only one size. I had only good experiences and I'm going to go on.

Authentic Vietnamese pho Bistro with an influence of Chinese cuisine. Delicious. Close to Costco and other bricks n mortar retail stores.

Food is great (Haat Spring Rolls and BBQ Beef with Vermicelli) and service is fast and efficient. Everything is fresh and to order. The restaurant itself was clean, although a bit scattered. Overall good experience and will eat there again.

First time coming here. Definitely won't be the last. They offer dine in(patio seating) and take out. What was nice about eating there was that they still gave it in the take out container so you know that no one else has used it. So you know for sure that it's clean. Had the shrimp soup with rice noodles Came out hot and tasty. Broth wasn't too salty and came with just the right amount of shrimp. Looking forward to my next visit!
