"At the pizzeria of Palma in Gimont the imagination has its right of entry. Aren't we saying the cook is in the heart of the restaurant? The boss combines rigor, passion and love of well done work. "My cousins recommended this restaurant as they have a home in the next village. We were celebrating my husband's birthday with 18 members of the family who were in town for a wedding. The food was fabulous, the chef was very accomodating of our family's food allergies and we had a lovely table on the deck overlooking the garden. A great celebration"
