What Michael Small doesn't like about Margherita's Grille :
It's been years since I've eaten here, but sadly I think it's gone downhill.. overpriced for what you get, pasta sauce was horrible, it's like tomatoe paste and tomato juice, small portion for the price, fried mozzarella was just a small block for almost 8 bucks.. just very disappointed.. too bad you can't post pictures to show the problems Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service:... The buger ordered (it comes with cheese) I'm asking for a cheese. when our food was finally brought to the table, my beetle was on it. I said the waitress I asked for without being, she apologised and sent it back, and within less than 2 minutes it is brought back to me. they tried to scrape the cheese from a turned-over burger. I had done this in other restaurants and they made you a new burger.
Perfect appetizer. Shrimp Scampi was awesome. Ordered a salad, not so awesome. Came in a metal mixing bowl that was 3 times too big for it. I would have been okay with this had my server ever came back to check on us. I'd simply ask for a plate. Eating out of a metal mixing bowl is like nails on a chalk Board. Husband had prime Rib and it was delicious. Will definitely go back again and just request no metal dishes.
