Unbelievable! This morning I messed up my order and after I realized that, I went back in. I talked to Adam who was incredibly friendly and was well-being! They gave me what I originally wanted without problems! This McDonald's is probably my favorite to go. I was with other McDonald's and they messed up my orders in the past. What Rich Benford doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Visited 2/17/19 ordered my food at 11:04 and received it at 11:31 and that was after the person who came in 20 minutes after me got his food before I got mine. When I asked the kid if they're working on my order he had no idea what to do. Poor management, zero customer service skills, and giving a 1 star is being generous.
