"Good selection of food on the menu. We really enjoyed our dinner. There's a good atmosphere and staff are helpful without annoying you every 5 mins. "We drove for miles to try this pub as it was recommended to us for the food, which was nice, but the portions were small. The pub was cold, we had to keep our jackets on, but the thing that made the lunch we were looking forward to unpleasant was the server’s attitude, it felt like she personally disliked us just because while ordering we asked a question about a dish. After 2 minutes I went to the bar to ask if we could kindly add a main to our order and I was looked at with annoyance and irritation. We were spoken to the bare minimum, not recommended any dish, very cold service. Not the attitude a server working with clients should have. We left still hungry. We won’t be back."
