I ordered a gf meat lover and it was definitely one of the best I had so far. beautiful personal, great atmosphere. not sure why we had to leave the credit card on the switch. not something I feel comfortable with. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Neighborhood Pizzeria:
Service was really slow, given the place was relatively empty. Beautiful outside seating area with zero ambience. No music or outside lighting. Lucky the owners brother had lit the outside brazier or we would have been eating in the dark. We couldn't order the pizza we wanted, as they had run out of the ingredients to make it. I could have driven to Whakatene by the time I got my order, despite being told an 1:15 wait. Over 2 hours and still waiting, Garlic bread took over an hour despite being told 10 to 15 min. Feeling like a hostage for me food. Lovely setting, but under staffed servers and the wait made the meal moot. But this is what you can normally expect here, so jokes on me for thinking this place would improve in efficiency over time. Again, great setting but that doesn't mean a thing if you can't deliver on the food, time after time.
