I found myself eating with the girls, an evening at the seaside. I ordered the lamb ribs and they arrived salted and cooked only on the surface, raw in the middle (raw not rare, and I eat rare tending towards raw) and my daughter a pizza with buffalo mozzarella which seemed too dry to me to be made with hoax.
