My favorite bubble waffle spot! Eggette is my 2nd choice Crispy outside and soft inside not cakey. Papaya milk is really good as well :

They make the best waffles ever! Highly recommend anytime you are visiting richmond to give these a try. Lovely owners that are great at what they do.

Best bubble waffles in the Lower Mainland. The owner at Rainbow Cafe is really nice and friendly, bubble waffles are often fresh.
