What Jennifer Pearson doesn't like about Monarch Tea:
The location is convenient and the place is nice. Read a previous review and had a similar experience: drinks are served in paper cups which start to get soggy quickly, ran out of pearls when we got there in the evening. The drinks were ok. View all feedback.
