What siobhan davie likes about Pho Hoa:
I'm not sure how recent reviewers experience differed from mine, but I found the food very good and really fresh. I actually preferred their noodles over the often overcooked rice noodles at other restaurants. Had the steak pho with saté broth and was very pleased.
