What is the best thing to get at the tail end of your Canada trip? Coffee, of course! I had just cleared customs, and I was running low on the caffeine. Fortunately, airports are never lacking in Starbucks locations. I found this one on my way to my terminal, and I ordered a grande iced latte from them. The staff was friendly and in a very good mood. They got my latte to me in no time. The latte was ok, but not as ta... View all feedback.
What Allie P doesn't like about Starbucks:
Line was long, but that seems fairly normal for this airport. The downside to my visit here was not being able to redeem my rewards or use my Starbucks card. Their computer system is down and I won't be able to get a star . Also there was a seemingly new barista at the helm and no one else was there to help her. She was a bit lost on how to make my order, iced soy chai with a shot, not the simplest but definitely not... View all feedback.
This location was out the most popular sausage egg muffin at 8am on a Wednesday. I wish I knew that Tim Hortons was about 100 feet away.
Alright location with lots of parking, bus and skytrain at walking distance. Pretty overpriced for its quality especially coffee beans are alright and most barista don't know the right way and temperature of the water that ruins the coffee beans. Never a bit fan of Starbucks except it's good for quick snack/small bites and the teas are okay. This particular location is SUPER slow.
This is, hands down, the slowest and most disorganized Starbucks that I have ever seen. I would rate the coffee, but I am still in line after 20 minutes. A line that had 12 people including me when I got here. It still has 10 originally here, plus 10 behind me.
SLOW. A lot of airport Starbucks have gotten slow sure to the increase in food offerings. Not the case today. 6 people in line ahead of me. Took 20 minutes to get a latte and coffee. Aargh. As soon as I got to front of the line, cashier shuts down leaving just one register open. No prep for items were being ordered, but still so slow. Those poor folks behind me with just one register
I bought approx $15 of sm items for my kids at the international departure level Starbucks. I paid via credit card and saw the CC display approve my purchase. The clerk had walked away so I went to prepare my coffee at the bar. She came and got me and told me to pay again, I advised her I had done that. Because the machine did not produce a receipt she insisted I pay again. I explained it went through but without a receipt how could I prove it.. so I paid again but insisted on her giving me names and phone numbers which she was perturbed to do. Not nice. Long story, I WAS charged twice.. so how am I going to get a proper apology and my money back? #Customer is always right
