I generally hate pad thai I find it sweet and sickening, I've tried it many popular thai eateries with little to zero convincing that pad thai is for me. Look, it's VERY hit and miss. One day, you will get deliciously moist chicken with a lightly balanced sauce. The next time it will be dry, not great veggies, it will be slathered in far to much soy based sauce, or your San Choy Bau (As was the case last night) will be served with raw, or almost raw onion which made it very unpalatable.On the whole though, it's a safe enough bet, and it always seems clean.
