Menu is a bit pricey but the food was good.Only been the once though, so will have to try again to see if it's value for money.Vegetarian options: Rabbit food is availableKid-friendliness: Not much there for kids to do to be entertained.Parking: Plenty of parking availableWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is upstairs, not sure if a ramp or lift was available as there was nothing obvious in that regard. great outsight, had fish and chips coral trout nicely asked for garden salad with tomaten when I asked again about lemon salt and pfeffer tatare sauce and a disc tomaten. they bought tomato sauce. I know, sweet is expensive, but only lettuce is not an salad. View all feedback.
Visited on a weekday during the business trip. the bistro restaurant was in a beautiful location with views of the small harbour there were many seating outdoors available to enjoy the view. the starter of the tomaten bruschetta was delicious, although the brot was very thorough and not up to bruschetta standard. the entry of creamy garlic prawns with basmati rice was decent and the garnel (5x) were of a good size. this can be a light main choice for some people due to the portion size. haupt consisted of a filet by barramundi, 2x garnelen and 2x halves by moreton bay bugs. all seafood on the plate tasted beautiful and fresh. I was disappointed, although both halves of the moreton bay bugs were found the...more
I am in love with this place! The ambience, the food, live music (weekends, ofcourse) and the food! Everything is just awesome! Been here twice.
Shared the skippers feast between my parents and I and we really enjoyed it and the location was right next to the harbour so the view was great when eating but it was a little over priced and the waitress who took our meal order was very rude! Would come back because the food was good and the decor and location was nice hopefully service would be better next time.
A whole lot of bad!. Had read other reviews saying that the yacht club had good seafood at a reasonable price. Not true! Very expensive for what we had kids meals and a few entrees instead of mains. Entrees sounded nice but were very disappointing tasted like the sauce was out of a jar. Kids pizza was also a small store bought pizza. My second course arrived as I was finishing my first. We were put out on the balcony which seemed a nice ideas at first but we were eaten alive by mossies. Now I know why all the clubbies were inside with the view over the river. Seafood mains were some strange combinations so we didn't go there. I would suggest going somewhere else for your seafood...read more
Gah, went here last Monday, myself my cousin his wife and two children. It cost $176 for a kids meal, a fish and chips, one steak and two marinara pastas. The marinara pastas where stone cold and the fettuccini was so over cooked it was sloppy at 36$ a dish I'd say the chef should have had his face rubbed in it. The other meals where equivalent to $10 pub meals. It was so bad we drove through the red rooster drive through on the way home. Will never return.
