It is subway. what is special about it? They have the same friendly service just as any other subway in the state. Dad made the bad mistake of putting too many jalapenos on his sub... he couldn't taste anything after that. Luckily it wasn't too busy in there, which can be a problem sometime because its loud. Went to this outlet for a Breakfast Roll, Egg, Bacon, Cheese an Salad, a combination I have frequently. The Roll was not crisp, the eggs overcooked, and the price was more than $2 over the average price charge by other Subway Franchises. View all feedback.
The subs at this restaurant are excellent and reasonably priced. The staff provides good, friendly service despite the large crowds, which can lead to longer wait times. Despite the pressure, they all do their best to serve customers efficiently.
The subs at this restaurant are delicious, but some of the female staff members could use improvement in their customer service skills. On the other hand, one of the male staff members is extremely friendly and welcoming.
I frequently order from this restaurant for my work lunches, primarily through their online system. I have never had any issues with their customer service - they are always friendly and, despite being busy, my online orders are always ready when I arrive. However, be aware that this restaurant can get quite busy.
When I order online my food is ready on time every time, and my family enjoy the feed. Thanks job well done, also staff is nice and friendly.
Service is always good and the food fresh. This is a great healthy option for fast food in Tannum. Great range to suit any taste
