Unfortunately didn't read previous reviews and came here for The Grosvenor's afternoon tea. Service was terrible although there were several staff it was still chaotic. We had to wait over an hour for food and when it came was haphazardly presented no finesse. No choice of teas and no individual pots which resulted in luke warm tea which you had to wait for.
