Have been ordering regularly from Crystal Castle over the last 6 months and always been impressed with both the quality of the food and the terrific service. What A Stewart doesn't like about Crystal Castle:
Went in for a carry out around 5ish, so a busy time for telephone orders, person serving was run off her feet between calls and people picking up orders. So sympathy there. Three times she started to take my order and three times she prioritised an incoming call? Felt I should have just used my phone in the shop to get a better service.
