After hearing good things about Hyde and salivating over the menu, we ventured to the West End on a Saturday morning for brunch at Hyde in Glasgow. We had made a reservation knowing how popular brunch can be in the West End, but surprisingly it was quite quiet around 11:45 with only one other customer inside.
