What S 1959 doesn't like about Quarter Gill:
Didnt try the food. Service was a little slow as it was busy but polite all the same. Drinks expensive as its the west end . Over £11 for pint and bacardi and a dash of diet coke... Lots of local clientele and some folk at rear of pub in for meals. Lower tables around the walls and some stools and higher tables nearer the bar. Great bar always busy, karaoke fun. Staff are attentive. The guy that does the karaoke always gets the party started.

read moreThe pub offers a cozy and modern atmosphere with a wide selection of drinks. Some staff members are friendly, while others could be more welcoming. The food is hit or miss, and cash only. Prices are reasonable, especially the two mains for £12 offer. The steak pie is recommended. Karaoke entertainment is a plus, with attentive security. Overall, a good option for a casual drink or meal in the city. The pub has a loyal customer base who appreciate the affordable homemade food, friendly atmosphere, and karaoke nights.
