"Worst take out experience every. When i called to place a large order with several hours notice the first person i talked to was extremely rude and acted as if they couldn't be bothered. When i told them i did not want to place the order online because we had some very specific allergies and such, he hung the phone up one me. When i called back a young lady took our order and was extremely nice and attentive. She even took names for the order to label each persons food. When the food arrived we were missing side quesos and salsa that we asked for. I had a burrito it was supposed to have chicken in it there was none, the grilled vegetables were still raw, it was basically just rice with a little corn, raw vegies and sour cream. i am extremely disappointed."

"My waiter michael was very nice and attentive. the manager (or the head waiter) has contacted me several times and has seen me correctly, as if I did not exist, not even a smirk or a word hall. he seemed to notice others, go after them. total give 3 stars because of the customer service of the manager, but the eating was pretty good. I had the quesabarrila (they know what I mean, not sure whether I return due to the moderate customer service of the manager?"
