My family and I have been ordering pizza from Gino for over 15 years and every time I go to their store, I was greeted by the same pizza manufacturer I know since I was a kid. This place is so unprofessional and customer service is very rude. This place is forcing ppl to leave a tip for delivery. Why offer delivery and charge delivery if you are telling customers that they must leave tip more than 5 dollars for drivers. Isn't tipping optional.
