What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Bertucci's Glastonbury:
It was the experience Anna expected. I really enjoy Bertucci's pizza, and this time we tried the Hawaiian pizza. It wasn't my favorite, but the meatball appetizer was excellent. View all feedback.
The food was bland, some meal cold. fatuccini alfredo tasteless. for six years. probably 6 before I go back. price sky high for not good eating.
Family Reunion…the service and preparation by the staff was greatly appreciated. Food was great and delivered promptly!!! Thank you team!!!
Chicken parm- large serving of chicken that was delicious. Rigatoni was cold/ room temperature and seemed reheated not fresh Ron was our waiter and did a great job Overall- full belly and leftovers. Price was high with no salad and only 1 small dinner roll
My reservation at first wasn’t found and host had to go to the back. We sat at a table that had crumbs on it. My lasagna came out bubbling hot, but once I started to eat I realized it wasn’t fully heated and cooked. Tomatoes and onions were crunchy cause they weren’t cooked. I only ate less than 1/4 of it because of it being undercooked and needed to leave in time to get to the concert so I couldn’t ask for it to be cooked more. I Honestly used to really like bertuccis, but this has left a bad taste in my memory now.
Great food as always! A very neighborhood feel as many of the staff knew the families that were coming in to eat. Was something you don’t see often these days and was really nice.
