What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Dunkin':
Chaotic and stressful for the employees and patrons. Seriously, it was as if they were over and understaffed at the same time I've never seen anything like it. The order they gave me was not even close. I feel bad for the high school kids working there. Whoever runs this franchise hire a few more people, train them better, and pay them well enough that they stick around long enough to learn. View all feedback.
