We went to the first Burger Night post-Covid and it was great! Our server was fantastic (sadly I don’t know her name), and the service overall was excellent. The first round of burgers were okay, clearly had been pre-prepared and sat out a while. The second round was much more fresh and pretty good! What Nish Contractor doesn't like about Capital Ale House:
-The service was terrible. For everything from drinks to side plates we had to wait for almost half the meal to get them. -The food was terrible value for money. The appetizer was the only item that was reasonable. The chicken, shrimp, and sausage pasta was like Mac and cheese. The fish taco was just ok. The special Mahi Mahi with ratatouille was plated poorly and neither looked nor tasted anything close to a special entree. It was a terrible waste of money, we could have had a hearty meal for a lower cost in many of the surrounding eateries. Never again!.
