This location consistently misses the mark. Each time I order from here they either get my order wrong or the ingredients don’t taste fresh. I love Roots and try to order from the West Broad location whenever possible. Today I spent $20 on a salad for it to be wrong…again.Food: 1/5 read more.

"Food was solid like always but there werent, enough straws for the emount of drinks, the coffees that all look the same but had different flavors werent marked or labeled in a way so we just had to guess people got the right flavor, multiple ordered sauces were missing and there was a singular napkin.
