We went with a family of five and had a Groupon voucher. No problem using the voucher at all. Staff so welcoming and happy to explain anything unfamiliar on the menu. Food was full of flavour. This was a Groupon booking, but was told by KF Cafe that it had been redeemed, which it hadn't. details of this dispute probably to long to write here. My point is, the customer service, i would have thought they could have served us a small meal and drink, for goodwill, the restaurant was empty, so would not have taken staff away from other customers.Not a good experience. read more.
