I just visited this location and was very impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff. During my visit, there was a gentleman customer who had communication difficulties that made the ordering process more unusual than normal. No one ever answered the phone. I accidentally placed an order at this store when I meant to place it at a different one. Tried calling several different times no one answered. I emailed asking to be reimbursed, and was basically told I need to take it up with this specific location since they are franchised. Ridiculous.I love the sandwiches but the customer service is atrocious. View all feedback.
