"It had been a few years since we were in Zocalo, but it was as good as we remembered it to be. There were still some favorites on the menu, but also some new dishes, and they didn't disappoint. This is the only menu among many in Charlottesville that is really different and exciting. I had the duck breast cooked perfectly and accompanied by a great sauce, braised chard and an onion manchego bread pudding, and my wife loved her salmon. My starter, the tuna tartar, was too heavenly and had a healthy kick. Highly recommended!"

"Nice place to eat. Good menu, and many gluten-free options for gluten intolerant customers. Server was very nice with helpful tips. The food was produced locally. They tasted fresh and tasted delicious. The green beans were a little too hard for me and the fish duck did not fill me up. At least I wanted to be full for $25. A great experience!"

"I love this gem , has different sitting areas. Including the backyard. So cozy and relaxing outdoors. One the best spot for a good coffee. They use inteligencia coffee , really good prices by the way. Also they have organic food/soups breads. ??. Ihad a salad was really good ????. Visit them for a second time for a coffee ?? ????.
