Tried Koy twice in the last month, takeout both times. The food was enjoyable but the waits were horrendous. Ordered two banh mi 's each time. While the ETA provided at the time of order was ready in 30 mins, the first time it took 45 mins and the second time 55 mins for the two sandwiches.
