Car hop (Crystal) was rude. I ask what was in a item on your menu and was told she did not know and even manager's dont even know. I ask to speak to manager and one never came out. I also ordered a shake and she kept repeating cake three times. .finally she said shake I said yes and she came out to my car and said ..so cake ..I was so frustrated by this point and said no shake. I think things are getting better and better, I went there a few times last week and not long waited my carp was great and everything was right I feel that the community really needs to post more positive and not just the negative way to go Sonic
We love our Glen Rose Sonic. We usually have a difficult order due to nutritional restrictions, but they listen carefully and have got it right 99% of the time. When the order was not quite correct, they quickly fixed it and gave me a sign for a free cherry lime aid.
