we went to this restaurant for the birthday dinner of our older grandfather. the food was excellent as the mixed drinks! service was friendly and courteous. not complaining! it was just a bit loud when you tried to talk to a senior. next time we'll be back before it gets too loud. but a wonderful evening! What User doesn't like about Guanajuato:
Not bad. Chicken Fajitas were a bit dry and mostly peppers onions to make the plate look full. Suspect the mix was probably frozen. Not terrible but not great. Good margarita. Chips served in To-Go boxes was odd. My cup of soup was served to my wife as her entree then the bowl was served to me. Clearly their mistake but they charged us for a second cup for my wife. We always enjoy dinner in guanajuato. eating and the personal are always wonderful.
The food and service were both excellent! highly recommended.
The place was packed but our food came in a reasonable time, hot and tasty. this is our favorite Mexican restaurant, with fresh, tasteful decor. the best margaritas.
They wanted to charge us 4.00 for a very small dish of salsa. Said first 2 at no charge. One of the small dishes wasn’t enough for one person and we had three. Find that to be poor customer service and extremely cheap and off putting . We spent over 100.00 and they wanted to charge for something that petty. Bad idea and bad management. Lost a customer over 4.00.
Haven't been there for a while, not since they moved to this location. Lots of interesting dishes on the menu. Of the four we ordered salmon enchiladas, chipotle salmon, surf turf and margarita salmon, only the last was a little dry, the others were perfect. I'm sure you could ask for the margarita salmon to be medium.
