The Cheesecake Factory - Glendale

Service was so incredibly slow and waiter saw lethargic generally for a Saturday afternoon lunchtime. our table tried tapas and salate with a burger thrown in for good measure; the flat brot wants to receive well and the burger just ok. often disappointed by the lack of Luster performance of some of the larger chains, especially for the price point in which they participate.

Where did my waiter go? I went in to eat in this Cheescake factory, because I like eating generally. I was in tcf in hawaii, california and florida (places I lived after the move to milwaukee, I saw this cheescake factory and went to eat. I never went back. the server were dirty as they had yellow, not white dresses, their shoes had holes in them and were dirty, and I can only imagine if their server (what the guests see) are these dirty, how dirty the backhouse is, I started eating in bravo. the waiting staff was much cleaner, professional and personal. Overrated. If it weren't for the cheesecakes, this restaurant wouldn't make it. I usually order a salad, and last time I was there I had a huge helping of lettuce with hardly any chicken or corn salsa.. I am not big on meat on my salad, so for me to say there wasn't enough chicken is unusual. Disappointing. Won't go there again anytime soon.

Interesting. I was there last week having a really nice dinner...food was good and service was doing good...then all of a sudden, i had a new waiter in the middle of my meal and it seemed like he had way to much to handle or just didnt care about servicing our table. I never got my beverage I ordered and I coudlnt find him when i wanted to order dessert. I have no idea what happened, but it really ruined our night.. Will not be back..

Food's ok but not really worth it!. First how about cutting the portions to some reasonable size and lowering the prices? Each entree contains enough food for two people...but its really not that good We've been there several times, but the funny thing is, no one in our family has ever really found any entree or sandwich that is good enough to order more than once!
