What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Today, I went to a restaurant with my daughter and she wanted a drink that wasn't on the menu. She bravely asked for caramel syrup instead of chocolate syrup on top. The cashier said it wasn't a problem, but when we got our drinks, they had chocolate instead of caramel. I don’t know how you manage to mess up a matcha latte this bad.....this is the only starbucks i’ve gone to that has given me a drink like this.
I ordered a Venti drink and the milk cap bottle was at the bottom of my drink. hadn't done that until today. ? cmon stars. didn't go back because I live far from this place.
They asked for a decaf meal because they were no longer commercially available. as if it was a great inconvenience that he could not accept. then he tried to pull a quick one on me and gave me a dekaf americano instead of the hand out (which is bitter and why I don't choose this option) was made new. now I'm awake when I was supposed to sleep, so he was thinking regularly in spite of me. grrr.

It seems as if there needs to be more people working at morning rush hour. One employee doesn’t seem like she can handle the rush.
