I am not sure if the barista had yet another bad day but whoever it was was extremely rude! I didnt hear her ask me a question so I asked her to speak up and she literally yelled at me!! I was so embarrassed there were many people who were around me..I saw reviews on here that the customer service is awful but wow!! Unbelievable.. View all feedback.
