"Worst Chipotle, or really any fast casual restaurant I've ever been. First, the manager is very unprofessional and I don't know how he has a job. Sometimes will claim not to have online orders, you will accuse you of having the wrong place, then if you show them screenshots and even open the app, they will shrug and say oh well, file a complaint and if you want an order you need to pay? and a second time. People are rude and totally apologetic. Fearable attitudes. But even if they and them routinely destroy orders, we tried them again in an act of famine-fueled despair.
