What User doesn't like about Tapley's Charcoal Chicken:
Have been a regular customer at Tapley's for almost 10 years. Sadly the owners needed to sell for personal reasons. Food and service is no longer the same. Was berated by the owner for asking for lettuce on a Hot Chicken Roll instead of cheese and told me that I should buy a chicken burger if I wanted lettuce!!!! Won't be back. Shame given the legacy of the reputation that previous owners had built. View all feedback.
