"I first reviewed this gem in 2014. So I thought an update was worthwhile. I must say its not often you get to write two reviews 5 years apart but my interest in this place has not waned. Well it's still all about the coffee and it is still the best in town. And the love and passion for the beverage comes out in everything they do. Since the extension a couple of years ago there have been some steady changes for the better. In my last review I said the food was almost non existent. Bit by bit that is no longer the case. The food offering is still basic but delicious but now there is enough of it that I can happily come for breakfast or lunch and enjoy it. The other difference is that with a bit more space I now often come mid morning and get my laptop out and get a bit of work done in a really nice environment with a great coffee. In the end its still all about the coffee and its still great over the entire 5 years since my first review."

"My mum and I were searching around the streets for so long looking at menus. ehhhh same old same old then we saw the menu at Zest and couldn’t decide because there was so many delicious options! And such decent prices. We had the meat lovers hash. It was so delicious. Coffee was great too. Love finding cafes with something different on the menu and lots to choose from. Staff were super friendly as well x"

"Our server, Sue, was wonderful. Super attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was as advertised a BBQ! I couldn't fault anything. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and the potato salad in the Traditional salad option was the die for. Atmosphere was...perfect for mates and families, but maybe not romantic outings. I went with my partner, but we actually liked the relaxed/casual setting."
