Some guests had positive experiences with delicious calzones and pizzas at fair prices, while others found the food to be subpar, comparing it to frozen supermarket pizza. Complaints about long wait times, dishonesty regarding orders, and unreasonable fees for card payments were also mentioned. The ambience was described as average, with some guests feeling uncomfortable due to staff smoking near the entrance. Overall, the restaurant was deemed overpriced for the quality of food and service provided, with many patrons feeling that there are better dining options in the area.
