We had to try a couple of times to get in as its very popular, so booking would be best. Staff were friendly and efficient, nice burgers filling and tasty.we were lucky to get a table on the balcony overlooking the street , to watch the goings on below. View all feedback.
What Lenore Rowe doesn't like about Hog's Australia's Steakhouse:
**** terrible, will never go back. Waited almost an hour for our meal and when we asked how far away it will be we was told at least another 45 minutes. Then when we decided to leave with out any lunch we was maid pay...for our drink and told look I can take your meals off your order!!!!.
I came here specifically to try the ribs and choose the baby back ribs. it was unfortunately not tender and fresh. cranked and the service was his saving gnade.
So Hogs Breath has now got a new menu and you now can only choose either potatoes or salad. If you want both, they you’ll need to add some extra , which I think is pretty unfair. We came down on a Friday night and it wasn’t too busy, but we still had to wait over an hour for our food! I really miss the old plates they had as these ones were presented pretty plainly! But the food still taste the same! I still love their curly fries!
Very disapointed with the portions the salmon was the size of the corn cob had to go elsewhere for a real dinner not deserving of the $31.00, price we wont be coming back
I ordered from here about two weeks ago I ordered the steak and chips what I was served was a fatty piece of steak which I wouldn't feed my dog the chips were really good though. If they fix that cheap steak they serve it would be a great place to eat.
Ate here last Sunday afternoon with some friends it was a nice sunny day and we sat on the balcony watching the world go by very pleasant place to be. The restaurant looked a bit tired, but it was clean and tidy. Service was very good prompt, accommodating and polite. Choice of beverages was probably above average for this style of venue. There was quite a range of food to choose from everyone tried something different and while nothing was magic it was fair value for money.
