we called an unplanned lunch and were impressed from the beginning. Light, clean, good table and a pleasant reception. the menu is diverse and we have great aromen and...completely appropriate quantities for big bentos (in contrast too small and the big evening meal bento.). green tea at a remarkable $2 per cup. highly recommended. What Josianne Turner doesn't like about Bento:
incredible lunch. it's over. served old sushi with old avocado and rice curry and so much sauce smeared over old chicken sauce, should visit the health department here. will not come back. pity as it looked so beautiful and we. wanted to support local shops, but this is obviously not no matter how old the meal is they serve and I have eaten all over the world, including japan and that is one of the worst. Great atmosphere, but eating was just passable. Chicken teriyake udon was in order, with the huh crispy with a subtle sweet teroyake miso soup combination not bad. miso suppe was in order as the bentobox. while the dishes were good, for example, under the bento, was mostly rice, some of the seasoned being too salty. had to eat them to the miso and.udpn suppe. would rather eat me in sakura on the liverpool street in hobart.
It doesn't taste bad, but the part of the evening bento box is tiny. beware that I am not a massive eater, and yet it was not enough for me. will not be back.
Bland sushi slow service I was here at various locations and every time it was disappointing for eating, I tried the Bento boxes. there is nothing exciting about writing for takeaways, I had different prefabricated sushi roles, octopus balls prawn tempura. the service is slow for a takeaway, I could probably have eaten for long time to cut the sushi. sushi has too much reis lacking ingredients (brown avocado is from the brush). they use too much sauce mayonnaise, perhaps to mask the bland rice or lack of ingredients in the sushi it is at the time that I have to give up.
Close to the worst sushi. I had better at the airport melbourne. this place leaves a bad taste in mouth on more wise than one, due to the food that sit around for hours, bad ingredients and lousy service. don't even think about asking for a glass of water!
Decent place, but not actually open on Sunday (Not today anyway). Reasonably priced, decent quality food, though the sushi is lacking in quality and flavour. Large menu, lots of variety in dishes, nice atmosphere and decor. Friendly staff. Banquet is best value for money, as it has unlimited sushi; The bento boxes themselves are lacking in quantity. Plenty of rice, plenty of undesirable coleslaw, and a small amount of sides.
