"I've been to this restaurant numerous times and I could not bring myself to write a review because I kept going back and forth on what my feelings were. I feel like the restaurant looks like it should be good, but it just...isn't. The sushi rolls are such a disappointment, they fall apart EVERY TIME and the rice does not stick together. The rice for the rolls and nigiri are not well formed or seasoned. I can't speak on the quality of fish because the rice is so distractingly bad that I can't focus on the fish. The brisket ramen was also really bad when I tried it. It was incredibly greasy and tasted as it looked. I really wanted it to be better. They have one dish that I think saves the restaurant though. If this one dish was the only thing they served, I think they would still survive, and even do better in their business. This dish is their mool-hwe. It is INCREDIBLE. Perfectly seasoned, the noodles are great, the vegetables compliment the freshness of the other components. The only complaint I have for that dish is the amount of fish. If they added about 30-50% more, I think it would be perfect. They used to add more but last 2 times I went, they only gave like 10 pieces of fish and it was not enough. I am definitely going back to the restaurant for the mool-hwe but I HIGHLY recommend they fix the rice issue on their sushi, it really ruins the experience."
